Blooming Gardens was founded by Lisa Skipton. 
Lisa has many years of gardening experience both working and training in and around the Hampstead and St.Johns
Wood areas of London. This, coupled/combined with studies of organic horticulture and sustainable land use, the
shift in awareness by people surrounding green issues, and the apparent lack of gardening companies who are
choosing greener gardening methods,led to the creation of Blooming Gardens - an organically influenced gardening
business, whose priority is informing and educating clients about the benefits of organic gardening. Organic
growing methods ensure the protection of the land, the people that live on and around it and the wildlife,
sustaining a balanced and fertile environment.

Blooming Gardens believes in the buy-local philosophy. We source all of
our plants, bulbs, compost and other materials from local businesses who produce
not only to a very high standard but also follow the Blooming Gardens philosophy
of growing organically.

 
Based in Bristol, Blooming Gardens covers Bristol, North Somerset,
South Gloucestershire and the Bath and North East Somerset areas.
